For frozen goods, please check them carefully upon receipt, as thawing the goods later may cause disputes.

For the rest of the products, please check them immediately upon receipt. We are sorry that we cannot handle packaging-related issues afterwards. For quality and taste issues, please raise them within seven days. We have the right not to accept or handle them after the deadline.

We will solve all problems based on the principle of mutual benefit and friendly negotiation.
